  2. – 2 ripe avocados, mashed
  3. – 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
  4. – 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  5. -1 cup of button mushrooms, sliced
  6. – 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  7. – 1 garlic clove, minced
  8. – A pinch of chili flakes
  9. – Salt and pepper to taste
  10. – Fresh parsley, finely chopped for garnish


  1. Set the oven temperature to 200°C (392°F).
