1 tbsp chia seeds

1/2 tsp cinnamon

Pinch of salt

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce

2 tbsp maple syrup or honey (optional; can omit for ultra low-cal)

1 tsp vanilla extract

 

Instruction

1. Preheat Oven:

* Set oven to 175°C (350°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

2. Mix Dry Ingredients:

* In a large bowl, combine oats, flaxseed, chia seeds, sunflower seeds, cinnamon, salt, and baking powder.

3. Add Wet Ingredients:

   * Stir in grated apple, applesauce, maple syrup (if using), and vanilla until well combined. Let sit 5 minutes for chia to absorb moisture.

4. Shape Cookies:

* Scoop about 1.5 tbsp of dough per cookie and flatten slightly on the tray.

5. Bake:
