Ingredients

Fritter Mixture

2 ripe plantains (yellow with black spots), peeled

1½ cups cooked black beans, rinsed & drained

½ tsp smoked paprika

½ tsp chili powder

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp black pepper

2 tbsp oat flour or all-purpose flour

Instructions

1️⃣ Mash the Base
In a large bowl, mash the plantains with a fork until mostly smooth (a few small chunks are fine).
