  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper.
  • Serve with lemon wedges
  • Chopped parsley for garnish
  • Brown rice, if desired.
