Ingredients:
- Four skinless and boneless chicken breasts
- Two cups of steamed broccoli florets
- two minced garlic cloves
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Half a teaspoon of paprika
- One tablespoon of olive oil
Guidelines:
- Turn the oven on to 375°F, or 190°C.
- Slicing horizontally across the thickest section of each chicken breast will create a pocket; take care not to cut all the way through.
- Steamed broccoli florets, shredded cheddar cheese, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika should all be combined in a mixing dish. Blend well.
- Divide the broccoli and cheese mixture evenly among the four chicken breasts and stuff each one.
In a large ovenproof skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. - The filled chicken breasts should be cooked for two to three minutes on each side, or until golden brown, when the oil is heated.
- Once the oven is warmed, place the pan inside and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F, or 75°C.
- Before serving, take the chicken out of the oven and let it a few minutes to rest.
- Enjoy your tasty broccoli-stuffed chicken with your preferred sides!
