Ingredients:

  1. Four skinless and boneless chicken breasts
  2. Two cups of steamed broccoli florets
  3. two minced garlic cloves
  4. 1/4 tsp salt
  5. 1/4 tsp black pepper
  6. Half a teaspoon of paprika
  7. One tablespoon of olive oil

Guidelines:

  1. Turn the oven on to 375°F, or 190°C.
  2. Slicing horizontally across the thickest section of each chicken breast will create a pocket; take care not to cut all the way through.
  3. Steamed broccoli florets, shredded cheddar cheese, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika should all be combined in a mixing dish. Blend well.
  4. Divide the broccoli and cheese mixture evenly among the four chicken breasts and stuff each one.
In a large ovenproof skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
  5. The filled chicken breasts should be cooked for two to three minutes on each side, or until golden brown, when the oil is heated.
  6. Once the oven is warmed, place the pan inside and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F, or 75°C.
  7. Before serving, take the chicken out of the oven and let it a few minutes to rest.
  8. Enjoy your tasty broccoli-stuffed chicken with your preferred sides!
