Buffalo Bites

Buffalo Bites

Low-carb cauliflower Buffalo bites are a simple snack or side dish since they cook quickly in the air fryer. I pair them with a tasty dip that I make with cottage cheese because it has a lot more protein than other dips. With this recipe, my teenagers eagerly consume their vegetables.

These tasty and healthful Cauliflower Buffalo Bites are packed with flavour but lack the fat and calories of chicken.

  1. Set the oven’s temperature to 450F.
  2. Bite-sized cauliflower florets should be placed in a plastic bag. Lightly cover the florets with a thin layer of olive oil.
  3. Add ⅛ teaspoon pepper, ¼ teaspoon salt, and two teaspoons of garlic powder. Shut the bag and mix the contents until every floret is covered.
  4. Arrange the florets on an ungreased cookie sheet or baking pan, then bake them on the middle rack for fifteen minutes, rotating them once. After 10 minutes, check them for the appropriate level of tenderness. You do not wish for them to be damp!
  5. Roast the florets and remove. In a medium glass bowl, melt one tablespoon of butter. To butter, add ½ to ¾ cup of spicy sauce. In order to coat each floret of cauliflower with spicy sauce, toss and stir. To taste, start with roughly half the sauce and add more.
