  8. 2 cups of cheese that has been shredde
  9. To taste, season with salt, pepper, and oregan
  10. 1 cup of peas that have been frozen

Instructions:

  1. Obtain a pan, coat it with cooking spray, and then bring the temperature of the skillet up to a high level. Put the onions in the oven and roast them for a few minutes after adding them.
  2. While the garlic and ground beef are browning, add them to the mixture.
  3. At this point, the heat should be adjusted to a medium level, and then the dish should be seasoned with pepper, salt, and some oregano.
  4. The peas, the rice, the tomato sauce, a cup of the cheese, and the broth should be added to the pot. Allow the mixture to boil for around three minutes, making sure that all of the ingredients are well combined in order to get a perfect combination.
  5. The mixture should be placed in a casserole dish once it has been prepared. You should put it in the oven.
Bake this at a temperature of around 250 degrees for approximately fifteen minutes, or until you begin to see that the mixture is being heated up and begins to bubble as well.
  6. From that point on, remove this, and then take the sour cream and cheese, place them in a bowl together, and whisk them together until they are completely blended and give the mixture an equal texture.
  7. Take this and pour it over the top of the casserole dish, and continue baking the whole thing for at least another fifteen minutes or more, until the cheese begins to melt and bubbles begin to form.
  8. Remove this from the container, put it on a dish for serving, and savour it!
