Ingredients:
- Two cans of biscuits that have been chilled, each containing eight biscuits
- a half pound of chicken breasts that are boneless and skinless (in other words, about one big breast)
- A single package of frozen carrots and peas
- The cream of chicken soup from one can
- Spray cooking oil for the pan
Instructions:
- Spray the muffin tray with cooking spray and preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit with a spray.
- Prepare the chicken by chopping it into bite-sized pieces. Cook over medium-high heat until the colour changes to off-white. You are free to add whatever spices you want; I personally use garlic powder, onion powder, and a little bit of salt, but you are free to use anything you like. Take away from the heat
- Combine the chicken with the vegetables and soup in the pan. Put away for later
- To get the biscuits thin enough to fit into cups, just open them up and flatten them out. Bake cookies at 350 degrees for thirty to thirty-five minutes, or until they have a golden brown colour, then fill them with chicken mix.
- If you just use one can of biscuits, you may leave the recipe the same, and the amount of chicken mix that you do not use can be stored for up to two months so that it can be used with another meal.
