2 tbsp flour

2 cups chicken broth

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

½ cup cream (optional but recommended)

1. Prepare Meat Mixture

2. Shape & Fill

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).

Line a baking tray or loaf pan.

Spread half the meat mixture into a flat rectangle.

Layer ham slices and cheese in the center.

Top with remaining meat mixture and seal edges well.

3. Bake

Bake for 55–65 minutes until cooked through.

Internal temperature: 74°C (165°F).

Let rest 10 minutes before slicing.

4. Make Dijon Gravy

Melt butter in a pan over medium heat.

Whisk in flour and cook 1–2 minutes.

Gradually add chicken broth while whisking.
