- 15 snow peas
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 ½ cups cabbage, shredded
- 1 yellow onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 ½ cups water
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 3 tablespoons cooking oil
METHOD:
- Tofu with eggs should be prepared as follows: Tofu that is exceptionally firm should be fried until it is golden brown, then put aside. Keep the quail eggs at a low simmer until they reach the desired level of doneness.
- The eggs should be stored away for later use once the shells have been gently removed after they have been allowed to somewhat cool down.
- Heating three tablespoons of cooking oil in a big skillet over medium heat is the first step in sautéing aromatics. Add the minced garlic and diced yellow onion, and continue to sauté until the onion becomes aromatic and transparent.
