CRAB SEAFOOD SALAD
Reminiscences abound whenever I eat this salad. I was careful to get my mom’s recipe as it was a favorite of mine growing up. Using only a handful of common items that you may already have in your kitchen, this dish comes together in no time at all.

1/2 cup of chopped celery
1/2 teaspoon of dill, 1 pound of imitation crab krab flesh
half a cup of mayo
50% paprika
salt (kosher) 1/4 teaspoon
1/4 teaspoon of kosher salt
1 finely chopped shallot (red onion is an option)
Recipe for Crab and Seafood Salad
Initial Step: Put the celery, crab, dill, mayonnaise, and paprika in a bowl. Toss the shallot, black pepper, and kosher salt into a big basin. Mix gently until combined.
The second step is to refrigerate the crab salad for at least an hour in the fridge before serving. Have fun!
