Chicken

Mushrooms

250 g mushrooms (button or cremini), sliced

1 tablespoon olive oil

Pasta

300 g tagliatelle

Creamy Sauce

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup cooking cream (or heavy cream)

½ cup milk (to loosen sauce if needed)

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

½ teaspoon dried thyme or Italian herbs

Instructions

1️⃣ Cook the Pasta

Boil tagliatelle in well-salted water until al dente.

Reserve ½ cup pasta water, then drain.

2️⃣ Cook the Chicken

Heat olive oil in a wide pan over medium heat.

Saute 4–5 minutes until golden and cooked through.

Remove and set aside.

3️⃣ Saute the Mushrooms

In the same pan, melt butter.

Add mushrooms and cook 6–8 minutes until golden and moisture evaporates.

4️⃣ Make the Cream Sauce

Add garlic to mushrooms; sauté 30 seconds.

Pour in cream and milk, stir gently.

Add Parmesan and herbs. Simmer 3–4 minutes until silky.

5️⃣ Bring It All Together

Return chicken to the pan.

Add cooked tagliatelle and a splash of pasta water if needed.

Toss gently until pasta is fully coated.
