1½ cups broccoli florets
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
1 tbsp olive oil

1 small garlic clove, grated
Zest of ½ lemon
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp pasta cooking water
1 tbsp olive oil

1. Cook the pasta
Boil pasta in salted water according to package instructions.
