Crispy Air Fryer Cabbage Wedges
Ingredients:
1 small green cabbage (or red cabbage)
2–3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tsp garlic powde
1 tsp smoked paprika (optional)
Salt & pepper to tast
Optional: grated Parmesan or nutritional yeast for a cheesy kick
Optional: red pepper flakes for heat
Instructions:
Prep the cabbage
Cut the cabbage into wedges (about 1–1.5 inches thick), keeping the core intact so the leaves don’t fall apart.
Seaso
In a bowl or directly on the wedges, drizzle with olive oil.
Sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss gently or brush the mixture on all sides.
Air Fry
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 2–3 minutes.
Place the wedges in a single layer in the basket (work in batches if needed).
Cook for 10–15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the edges are crispy and browned.
Add Parmesan or nutritional yeast in the last 2 minutes if using.
Serve
Squeeze with lemon juice or drizzle a bit of balsamic glaze on top.
