Ingredients

Crispy Chicken

2 small chicken breasts, sliced into strips

½ cup breadcrumbs

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 egg, beaten

½ tsp garlic powder

Salt & black pepper, to taste

1–2 tbsp olive oil (for pan-frying or baking)

Salad

3 cups romaine lettuce, chopped

¼ cup Parmesan shavings or grated

½ cup croutons

Creamy Caesar Dressing 

¼ cup mayonnaise

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp Dijon mustard

1 small garlic clove, finely minced

2 tbsp grated Parmesan

1–2 tbsp water or milk (to thin)

Salt & black pepper, to taste

Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the chicken

Season chicken strips with salt and pepper.

Dip each strip into beaten egg, then coat with a mixture of breadcrumbs, Parmesan, and garlic powder.

2️⃣ Cook the chicken

Pan method:

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

Cook chicken 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.

Oven method:

Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 15–18 minutes, flipping once.

3️⃣ Make the dressing

In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, mustard, garlic, Parmesan, salt, and pepper.

Add water or milk to reach desired consistency.

4️⃣ Assemble the salad

In a large bowl, toss romaine with dressing.

Top with crispy chicken, croutons, and extra Parmesan.
