1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon milk or yogurt (if batter feels thick)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Prepare spinach: Lightly sauté spinach in a dry pan for 1–2 minutes until wilted. Cool and squeeze out excess moisture.
Mix wet ingredients: In a bowl, whisk egg, olive oil, and milk/yogurt.
Add dry ingredients: Stir in flour, baking powder, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Fold in fillings: Gently mix in spinach and feta cheese.
Shape cookies: Scoop spoonfuls onto the tray and flatten slightly.
