Easiest No-Knead Bread (No Eggs, No Butter)
Ingredients
- 3 cups (375g) all-purpose flour
- 1½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp instant yeast
- 1½ cups (360ml) warm water
(Optional toppings: rosemary, garlic, seeds, olive oil)
Instructions
1. Mix the dough
- In a bowl, combine flour, salt, and yeast
- Add warm water
- Mix with a spoon until a sticky dough forms (no kneading!)
2. Let it rise
- Cover the bowl
- Let it sit at room temperature for 8–12 hours (overnight is perfect)
- Dough should become bubbly and doubled
3. Shape
- Lightly flour your surface
- Gently shape the dough into a ball (don’t knead)
- Let it rest for 30–45 minutes
4. Bake
- Preheat oven to 220°C (430°F)
- Place a pot (or pan like in the picture) inside to heat
- Carefully put dough into the hot pot
- Cover and bake:
- 20 minutes covered
- 15–20 minutes uncovered (until golden and crispy)

- Brush top with olive oil
- Sprinkle rosemary + garlic + salt before baking

Tips
- Don’t skip the long rise—it replaces kneading
