Flavorful Vegetable Stir Fry Recipe
Ingredients
For the Stir Fry:
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1/2 cup carrots, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 3/4 cup bell peppers, sliced (red and yellow)

- 1/4 cup of vegetable broth, chicken broth, or water
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
METHOD:
Get the sauce ready:
Combine the vegetable broth, soy sauce, honey, and cornstarch in a small bowl and whisk until the cornstarch is completely dissolved. Put aside.
Cook the Vegetables:
- In a large pan or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the ginger and garlic, minced, and sauté until fragrant, approximately 30 seconds.
- Cook the carrots in slices for two to three minutes, stirring often.
