Fresh Guava Juice (Healthy & Naturally Sweet)
Ingredients
- 3–4 ripe guavas
- 2 cups water
- 1–2 tsp lemon juice
- 1–2 tsp honey (optional)
- Pinch of salt (optional)
Instructions
- Wash guavas and cut into chunks (no need to peel).
- Add to a blender with water.
- Blend until smooth.
- Strain through a sieve (optional, to remove seeds).
- Add lemon juice and honey (if desired).
- Chill and serve
