Fresh Guava Juice (Healthy & Naturally Sweet)

 Ingredients

  • 3–4 ripe guavas
  • 2 cups water
  • 1–2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1–2 tsp honey (optional)
  • Pinch of salt (optional)

 Instructions

  1. Wash guavas and cut into chunks (no need to peel).
  2. Add to a blender with water.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Strain through a sieve (optional, to remove seeds).
  5. Add lemon juice and honey (if desired).
  6. Chill and serve
