Ingredients:
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 lb (450g) mushrooms (white button or cremini work well)
1 medium cauliflower, cut into small florets
1/2 onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried thyme or Italian seasoning
Instructions:
Clean and slice mushrooms.
Chop cauliflower into small, bite-sized florets.
Mince garlic and chop onion finely.
Saute Vegetables:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
