Ingredients 

For the Wings:

2 lbs (900g) chicken wings, split into drumettes and flats

1 tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp paprika (optional, for color)

1 tbsp baking powder (for extra crispiness, if baking or air frying)

1 tbsp olive oil (if baking)

For the Garlic Parmesan Sauce:

4 tbsp olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for a little heat)

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

½ tsp lemon juice (optional, for a fresh kick)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Wings:

1. Pat dry the chicken wings with a paper towel (this helps them crisp up).

2. In a large bowl, toss wings with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and baking powder (if baking or air frying).

2. Cook the Wings:

Oven Method (Crispy Baked Wings):

1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil and place a wire rack on top.

3. Toss wings with 1 tbsp olive oil and arrange them in a single layer on the rack.

4. Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy.

Air Fryer Method:

1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

2. Place wings in a single layer in the basket.

3. Air fry for 20-25 minutes, shaking the basket halfway, until crispy.

Deep Frying Method:

1. Heat olive oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C)

2. Fry wings in batches for 8-10 minutes until golden and cooked through.

3. Remove and drain on paper towels.

3. Make the Garlic Parmesan Sauce:

1. In a small saucepan, put olive oil over medium-low heat.

2. Add minced garlic and saute for 30 seconds until fragrant.

3. Stir in red pepper flakes (if using), then remove from heat.

4. Toss the crispy wings in the butter mixture.
