 Instructions

1. Prepare the Garlic Yogurt Sauce:

Mix until creamy and smooth.

2. Cook the Beef:

In a medium bowl, toss beef slices with olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat.
