 Ingredients

Chicken

2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, sliced

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp dried oregano

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp paprika

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp black pepper

Bowl Base

2 cups cooked brown rice

Vegetables & Toppings

1 cup cucumber, diced

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

¼ cup red onion, sliced

¼ cup feta cheese, crumbled

2 tbsp Kalamata olives, sliced

2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Tzatziki Sauce

½ cup Greek yogurt

½ cucumber, grated and squeezed dry

1 clove garlic, minced

1 tbsp lemon juice

½ tsp dried dill

 Instructions

1️⃣ Cook the Chicken

Season chicken with olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Cook in a skillet over medium-high heat for 6–8 minutes until fully cooked.

2️⃣ Prepare the Tzatziki

In a bowl mix Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, dill, and salt.

3️⃣ Prepare the Bowl Base

Divide cooked brown rice among serving bowls.

4️⃣ Assemble the Bowl

Top rice with chicken, cucumber, tomatoes, onion, olives, and feta.

5️⃣ Add Sauce

Drizzle tzatziki sauce over the bowl and sprinkle parsley on top.
