Greek Salad Feta Board

Greek Salad Feta Board

This Greek Salad Feta Board transforms the classic Greek salad into a party-style grazing board. A whole block of feta becomes the centerpiece, topped with herbs, olives, and olive oil. Around it, colorful vegetables are arranged beautifully — tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, onions — making it fun, fresh, and perfect for gatherings.

Try to keep colors grouped together for a beautiful look.

Tips

Use barrel-aged feta for extra creamy texture.

Add grilled chicken or chickpeas for protein.

Use mini cucumbers for prettier slices.

Chill the board for 20 minutes before serving for freshness.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Can I use crumbled feta instead of a block?
You can, but the block creates the beautiful centerpiece.

Q: How far ahead can I assemble the board?
Up to 1 hour early — keep it chilled and add dressing right before serving.

Q: Can I make it spicy?
Add chili flakes or spicy olives — but I know you prefer non-spicy, so keep it mild.
