Ingredients:
 Salad Base:

  1.  Lettuce or mixed greens
  2.  Bell peppers (red, yellow, or orange, sliced and sautéed)
  3.  Cherry tomatoes (diced)
  4.  Avocado (sliced)
  5.  Feta cheese (crumbled)

 Chicken:

  1. 2 Chicken breasts
  2.  Spices: Paprika, garlic powder, cumin, salt, pepper
  3.  Olive oil (for marinating and grilling)
    Fresh parsley (for garnish)

 Dressing:

  1. 3 tbsp Olive oil
  2. 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  3. 1 tbsp Honey
  4. 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  5.  1 clove garlic (minced)
    Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions:

Prepare the Chicken:

  1. Mix the spices with olive oil to form a marinade.
    Coat the chicken breasts and let them marinate for 15-20 minutes.
  2. Grill or pan-fry the chicken until golden and cooked through, then slice into strips.

Sauté the Bell Peppers:

  1. Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan.
  2. Sauté the sliced bell peppers until tender and slightly charred.

Make the Dressing:

  1. Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, honey, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.

Assemble the Salad:

Finish & Serve:
