Ingredients

1 tbsp cornstarch

1 tbsp rice vinegar or lemon juice

1 garlic clove, minced

1 tsp grated fresh ginger

½ tsp sesame oil

Optional: ½ tsp chili flakes for mild heat

1–2 green onions, chopped

1 tsp sesame seeds

Instructions

1. Marinate chicken

Toss chicken pieces with 2 tbsp soy sauce and cornstarch. Set aside for 10 minutes.

2. Make the sauce

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and optional chili flakes.

3. Cook chicken
