Ingredients

Honey Garlic Chicken

2 chicken breasts, cubed or sliced

1½ tbsp olive oil

3 tbsp honey

4 garlic cloves, minced

1 tbsp soy sauce or tamari

1 tbsp lemon juice or vinegar

½ tsp black pepper

Bowl Base

1½ cups cooked rice (white, brown, or jasmine)

Veggies

½ cup broccoli florets (steamed or roasted)

½ cup carrots, sliced

½ cup cucumber or bell peppers

Light Drizzle 

¼ cup Greek yogurt

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tbsp olive oil

Salt

Water to thin

Instructions

1️⃣ Cook Chicken

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat

Add chicken, season lightly with pepper

Cook 5–6 minutes until golden

2️⃣ Make Sauce

Add garlic, saute 30 seconds

Stir in honey, soy sauce & lemon juice

Simmer 2–3 minutes until glossy and thick

3️⃣ Prepare Veggies

Steam or saute veggies until just tender

4️⃣ Assemble Bowl

Rice base → veggies → honey garlic chicken

Drizzle yogurt sauce (if using) and add toppings
