1½ tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

1 clove garlic, minced

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp black pepper

Outdoor grill: Preheat to medium-high (about 400°F / 200°C).
Grill asparagus 2–3 minutes per side until tender and lightly charred.

Stovetop grill pan: Heat over medium-high and cook 5–6 minutes, turning occasionally.

Add Lemon & Feta:
Transfer grilled asparagus to a platter. Drizzle with lemon juice, sprinkle lemon zest on top, and scatter crumbled feta cheese.

Garnish & Serve:
Finish with a drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkle of fresh parsley or mint for color. Serve warm or at room temperature.

Notes & Tips

Don’t overcook the asparagus — you want it bright green and slightly crisp.

For extra flavor, drizzle a little balsamic glaze or honey-lemon dressing before serving.

This dish pairs beautifully with grilled chicken, salmon, or Mediterranean grain bowls.
