1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp dried oregano (or thyme)

For the Green Beans:
2 cups fresh green beans, trimmed
1 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Chicken
Slice large chicken breasts in half horizontally to create thinner cutlets.
Season both sides with salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano.
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil and 1 tbsp butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Step 2: Cook the Chicken
Add the seasoned chicken to the pan and cook for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked (internal temperature should reach 165°F / 75°C).
Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
Step 3: Sauté the Garlic & Lemon
In the same pan, add 1 tbsp butter and minced garlic. Sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Pour in the lemon juice and zest, stirring to deglaze the pan.
Return the cooked chicken to the pan and spoon the sauce over it.
Step 4: Cook the Green Beans
In a separate pan (or the same pan after removing the chicken), heat 1 tbsp olive oil over medium heat.
Add the green beans, salt, pepper, and garlic powder, and sauté for 4-5 minutes until crisp-tender.
Step 5: Serve
Place the chicken on a plate and top with extra lemon-garlic sauce.
Serve with sautéed green beans on the side.
