Mediterranean Short Ribs (Air Fryer)

Although preparing ribs can seem intimidating, short ribs are a great fit for your air fryer. Let the air fryer and Mediterranean marinade handle all the work!


  1. Parts 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  2. Balsamic vinegar, 1/4 cup
  3. 1/4 cup of freshly chopped basil leaves
  4. 1/4 cup of freshly chopped oregano
  5. One-eighth teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
  6. Three peeled and quartered garlic cloves
  7. Half a teaspoon of salt
  8. One-pound short ribs of beef


  1. Olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, basil, oregano, and salt should all be combined in a large plastic resealable bag. In a small bowl, set aside 2 tablespoons of the mixture.
  2.  Place the short ribs in the bag and rub the mixture into them. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to overnight after sealing the bag.
  3. Take 3 minutes to preheat the air fryer to 325°F.
  4. Put the ribs in the air fryer basket without greasiness. Cook for eight minutes. After flipping the ribs, brush them with more sauce and cook for a further eight minutes.
  5. . Place the spareribs on a sizable serving platter.
