Ingredients

1 cup cream cheese

½ cup crumbled feta or goat cheese

2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped

1 tbsp fresh chives or basil, chopped

½ tsp garlic powder

Salt & black pepper, to taste

¼ cup finely chopped nuts (walnuts, pistachios, or almonds)

2 tbsp sesame seeds or paprika for coating

Instructions

1. Prepare cheese mixture

In a bowl, mix cream cheese, feta, herbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth and well combined.

2. Shape balls

Scoop small amounts of cheese mixture and roll into 1-inch balls.

Place on a parchment-lined tray.

3. Coat

Roll cheese balls in nuts, sesame seeds, paprika, or a mix for variety.

4. Chill

Refrigerate 30 minutes to firm up before serving.

5. Serve

Arrange on a platter.
