 Pioneer Woman–Style Crockpot Pork Chops

Tender pork chops slow-cooked in a rich, creamy gravy — pure comfort food with barely any prep.


Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in or boneless pork chops (about 1 inch thick)

  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup

  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup

  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix (optional but recommended)

  • ½ cup chicken broth or water

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 small onion, sliced (optional)


 Instructions

1️⃣ Season the Pork
Lightly season pork chops with pepper and garlic powder.

2️⃣ Layer in Crockpot
Place sliced onions (if using) on the bottom. Arrange pork chops on top.

3️⃣ Mix the Sauce
In a bowl, combine cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, ranch seasoning, and broth. Stir until smooth.

4️⃣ Pour & Cook
Pour mixture over pork chops, making sure they’re well coated.

  • Cook on LOW for 6–7 hours

  • HIGH for 3–4 hours

5️⃣ Serve
Spoon the creamy gravy over the pork chops. Delicious over mashed potatoes, rice, or egg noodles.
