 Prep Time: 5minutes

 Cook Time: 10minutes

 Servings: 4

Ingredients:

⭐1 pound large shrimp peeled, deveined, tails on or off (26- 30 count)

⭐2 teaspoons olive oil

⭐½ teaspoon kosher salt

⭐½ teaspoon black pepper

⭐½ teaspoon garlic powder

⭐½ teaspoon onion powder

For the garlic sauce:

⭐8 tablespoons unsalted butter

⭐2 cloves garlic minced

⭐2 teaspoons lemon juice fresh squeezed

⭐½ teaspoon garlic powder

⭐½ teaspoon kosher salt

⭐¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes optional

⭐1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley

Instructions:

⭐Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.

⭐Place the shrimp in a large bowl or plastic ziploc bag. Pour in the olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder. Use tongs to toss the shrimp in the bowl to fully coat the shrimp or simply seal the bag and shake to coat.

⭐1 pound large shrimp,2 teaspoons olive oil,½ teaspoon kosher salt,½ teaspoon garlic powder,½ teaspoon onion powder,½ teaspoon black pepper

⭐Spray the basket of the air fryer with nonstick cooking spray or olive oil spray. Place the shrimp into the air fryer in a single layer (You may need to air fry the shrimp in batches).

⭐Air fry for 6 minutes or until the shrimp is cooked through. The shrimp should be pink, slightly curled, and opaque. Repeat with the remaining shrimp until all shrimp are cooked.

Garlic Sauce

⭐While the shrimp are cooking, melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute, stirring continuously.

⭐8 tablespoons unsalted butter,2 cloves garlic

⭐Remove the saucepan from the heat and whisk in lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, red pepper flakes (if using), and parsley.

⭐2 teaspoons lemon juice,½ teaspoon garlic powder,½ teaspoon kosher salt,¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes,1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley

⭐Serve shrimp with garlic sauce drizzled on top.

Tips and Variations

⭐Depending on how large your shrimp are, you may need to adjust the cooking time in your air fryer.

⭐Coat your shrimp in panko before cooking for more of a fried shrimp texture.

⭐Mixing honey into the garlic sauce gives a sweet flavor that pairs well with the savory and spicy if using the red pepper flakes.

⭐A quick squeeze of fresh lemon juice over the shrimp before serving for an extra burst of flavor.

⭐A touch of Parmesan is a great garnish as well!
