Frequently Asked Questions
Q1: Can I use canned salmon instead of smoked?
Yes! Flake the canned salmon and season it with a little lemon juice and olive oil for freshness.
Q2: What’s the best bread for avocado toast?
Sourdough or multigrain bread holds up well and adds extra flavor and crunch.
Q3: How can I make it more filling?
Top with a poached or fried egg, or serve alongside a cup of yogurt or fruit.
Q4: How long does avocado toast stay good?
It’s best eaten fresh — avocado turns brown quickly, so assemble right before eating.
