A flavorful, protein-packed bowl featuring grilled chicken with a spicy marinade, stir-fried with colorful bell peppers, served over rice or noodles.

Ingredients:

For the Chicken Marinade:

2 chicken breasts (or thighs), sliced thin

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp sriracha or chili paste

1 tbsp sesame oil or olive oil

1 tsp garlic (minced

1 tsp ginger (grated)

1 tsp honey or brown sugar (optional for balance)

For the Stir-Fry:

1 red bell pepper, sliced

1 yellow or green bell pepper, sliced

1 onion, sliced

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp rice vinegar or lime juice

1 tsp chili flakes (optional for extra heat)

1 tbsp oil for cooking

For Serving:

Cooked jasmine rice, brown rice, or noodles

Chopped green onions, sesame seeds, or cilantro for garnish

Instructions:

Marinate the Chicken:

Combine all marinade ingredients and coat the chicken.

Let it marinate for at least 15–30 minutes (longer for more flavor).

Grill the Chicken:

Grill or pan-sear the marinated chicken until cooked through and lightly charred. Set aside.

Stir-Fry the Veggies:

In a wok or skillet, heat oil over high heat.

Add onions and bell peppers, stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until tender-crisp.

Add soy sauce, vinegar/lime, and chili flakes. Toss to coat.

Assemble the Bowl:

Layer rice or noodles in a bowl
