Instructions

1️⃣ Roast Sweet Potatoes

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F)

2️⃣ Grill Chicken

Mix olive oil, spices, lemon juice, salt & pepper

Coat chicken and rest 5–10 minutes

Grill or pan-sear 5–6 minutes per side until cooked through

3️⃣ Prepare Greens

Toss greens with olive oil, lemon juice, and salt just before serving

4️⃣ Assemble

Slice chicken

Plate with roasted sweet potatoes and fresh greens
