Brie cheese (cut into small slices)

Optional toppings:

Cranberry sauce or fig jam (for sweetness)

Chopped pecans or walnuts (for crunch

Fresh rosemary or thyme (for garnish

Honey or balsamic glaze (for drizzle)

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare sweet potato rounds:

Slice sweet potatoes into rounds (about ¼-inch thick).

Toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Spread on a baking sheet in a single layer.l

Roast for about 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway, until tender and slightly crisp on the edges.

Top with brie:
