Sweet Potato Rounds with Brie Ingredients:

Brie cheese (cut into small slices)
Optional toppings:

Honey or balsamic glaze (for drizzle)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Prepare sweet potato rounds:
Slice sweet potatoes into rounds (about ¼-inch thick).
Toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Spread on a baking sheet in a single layer.l
Roast for about 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway, until tender and slightly crisp on the edges.
Top with brie:
Place a slice of brie on each round.
Return to the oven for 3–5 minutes, just until the brie is melty.
Add toppings:
