For the Pita Pizzas
4 whole-wheat or white pita breads
1½ cups shredded mozzarella
½ cup sun-dried tomatoes, sliced
1 cup fresh spinach leaves

Instructions
1. Cook the garlic chicken
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add garlic and sauté for 20 seconds until fragrant.
Add chicken, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Cook 5–6 minutes, stirring, until chicken is fully cooked and lightly golden. Set aside.
2. Prepare the Tuscan cream sauce
In a bowl, whisk cream, Parmesan, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
3. Assemble the pita pizzas
Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
Place pita breads on a baking tray and lightly brush with olive oil.
