Ingredients:
* 1 cup orzo pasta
* 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
* 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
* 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
* 1/4 cup Kalamata olives, sliced
* 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
* 1/4 cup olive oil
* 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
* 1 teaspoon dried oregano
* Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. Boil orzo pasta according to package instructions. Drain and cool.
2. Combine cooled orzo, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, olives, feta cheese in large bowl.
3. Whisk olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, salt, pepper to make dressing.
