For the wraps
4 large flatbreads or pita breads
1 cup cucumber, thinly sliced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
1 cup lettuce or baby spinach
Fresh parsley or mint, chopped
Instructions
Marinate the chicken
In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Add chicken cubes, toss well, cover, and marinate for at least 30 minutes (up to 2 hours in the fridge).
Make the yogurt sauce
In a small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, dill/parsley, salt, and pepper.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Grill the chicken
