Instructions
1. Grill the Vegetables

4. Grill corn, turning often, for 8–10 minutes until lightly charred.
5. Cut kernels off the cob and slice zucchini into bite-sized pieces.

Whisk olive oil, lemon juice, honey, Dijon mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper in a small bowl until smooth.
3. Assemble the Salad
1. In a large bowl, combine grilled zucchini, corn kernels, red pepper, onion, and cherry tomatoes.
