❓ Frequently asked questions FAQs
Can I meal prep this?
It’s best fresh, but reheats well if you add a splash of water or cream to loosen the sauce.
Can I use other veggies?
Absolutely — mushrooms, spinach, cherry tomatoes, or peas work well.
What type of pasta works best?
Long pasta (linguine/spaghetti) gives a silky feel, while short pasta (fusilli or rigatoni) holds sauce well.
