Ingredients
3 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
¼ tsp cinnamon
Pinch of salt
3 tbsp chopped pistachios or almonds
½ cup Greek yogurt (plain)
Optional: orange zest or mint leaves

1. Preheat Oven
Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
2. Prepare Peaches
Place peaches cut-side up in a baking dish.
Drizzle with olive oil and honey.
Sprinkle cinnamon and a tiny pinch of salt.
3. Bake
Bake for 20–25 minutes until peaches are soft and caramelized.
4. Finish & Serve
Top warm peaches with Greek yogurt, pistachios, and orange zest or mint.
