Ingredients

Salmon Packets

2 salmon fillets (120–150 g each)

1 bunch asparagus, trimmed

2 tbsp olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

Zest & juice of 1 lemon

Salt & black pepper, to taste

Optional Add-ins

Fresh dill, parsley, or thyme

Lemon slices

Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat Oven

Preheat to 200°C / 400°F.

2️⃣ Assemble Foil Packets

Lay out two large foil sheets.

Place asparagus in the center, drizzle with a little olive oil and season lightly.

Place salmon on top.

3️⃣ Make Lemon Garlic Sauce

Mix olive oil, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

Spoon over salmon and asparagus. Add herbs and lemon slices if using.

4️⃣ Seal & Bake

Fold foil tightly to seal packets.

Place on a baking tray and bake 15–18 minutes, until salmon flakes easily.

5️⃣ Serve

Carefully open packets (steam!).
