Ingredients

Spicy Grilled Chicken

2 chicken breasts

1½ tbsp olive oil

1 tsp smoked paprika

½ tsp chili powder

½ tsp cayenne pepper

½ tsp garlic powder

Salt & black pepper, to taste

Juice of ½ lemon

Sauteed Veggies

1 red bell pepper, sliced

1 yellow bell pepper, sliced

1 bunch asparagus, trimmed

1 tbsp olive oil

Salt & black pepper

Instructions

1️⃣ Marinate the Chicken

Mix olive oil, paprika, chili powder, cayenne, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.

Coat chicken well and rest 10 minutes (or up to 1 hour for deeper flavor).

2️⃣ Grill the Chicken

Heat grill pan or outdoor grill over medium-high heat.

Grill chicken 5–6 minutes per side until nicely charred and cooked through.

Rest 5 minutes, then slice.

3️⃣ Saute the Veggies

Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Add peppers and asparagus; sauté 5–7 minutes until tender-crisp and lightly caramelized.

Season with salt and pepper.

4️⃣ Serve

Plate sliced chicken with sautéed peppers and asparagus.

Finish with extra lemon juice if desired.
