- 1/4 cup chopped finely
- 150g of room temperature salted butter
- Fresh fresh parsley from the continent
- smashed garlic cloves
- One teaspoon of sea salt flakes
- Half 300g packet of crumpets
- 100g (1 cup) pre-grated combination of three cheeses

- Step 1:Gather all ingredients Combine butter, parsley, garlic and salt in a bowl. Spread generous teaspoonfuls over each crumpet half. Scatter a generous pinch of cheese over half of the crumpet halves.
- Step 2: Arrange remaining crumpet halves over the cheese to make half-moon crumpet sandwiches. Transfer sandwiches, cut side down, to an air fryer basket lined with foil. Sprinkle over remaining cheese.
- Step 3: Air fry for 8 minutes at 180C until golden and cheese is melted.
