This spaghetti and meatball dish is just as simple to make in the air fryer as classic entrees like meatloaf. INGREDIENTS FOR AIR FRYER SPAGHETTI MEATBALLS:

  1. One pound of ground protein (vegetable, hog, or beef)
  2. Half a cup of breadcrumbs
  3. ½ cup finely chopped red onion
  4. ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
  5. 1 tsp garlic salt and 1 egg
  6. One teaspoon of oregano
  7. 12 ounces of pasta
  8. One jar of spaghetti sauce
  9. Optional fresh basil
  10. Optional parmesan cheese

INSTRUCTIONS FOR AIR FRYER SPAGHETTI MEATBALLS:

  • In a bowl, mix together the ground protein, breadcrumbs, parsley, onion, egg, garlic salt, and oregano.
    Form the mixture into meatballs measuring 1 to 1.5 inches.
  • Use foil or parchment paper to line the air fryer basket.
  • Put the meatballs in a single layer within the air fryer basket.
  • Cook for 15 minutes at 380 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Cook the noodles according the directions on the package while the meatballs are cooking
  • Once cooked, mix the pasta with ½ cup of the spaghetti sauce to coat.
  • Place the cooked meatballs in a bowl with ½ cup of spaghetti sauce and toss to coat.
  • Spoon the meatballs and spaghetti onto four dishes.
  • If preferred, sprinkle more Parmesan, fresh basil, and spaghetti sauce on top.
