Air Fryer Vegetables

Ingredients;
- One chopped red bell pepper
- one cup of divided mushrooms
- one small zucchini sliced into ½-inch moons
- Two minced garlic cloves
- one tablespoon olive oil
- one-eighth teaspoon of Italian spice, salt and pepper to taste
- One tablespoon of grated Parmesan cheese
Directions:
- preheat the air fryer to 380°F.
- Everything but the parmesan cheese should be tossed.
Put inside the air fryer in a single layer. - After cooking for six minutes, mix and add some Parmesan cheese.
- Cook for a further three to five minutes, or until crisp-tender.
For Frozen Veggies
- Frozen veggies work but they won’t have the same caramelization. Instead of pouring oil on them (which can freeze onto the veggies), try spraying them with cooking spray or oil.
- Season and cook for 10 minutes in the air fryer. Remove the basket and toss them with parmesan cheese and cook another 4 to 6 minutes or until the veggies are tender and crisp.
