Halloumi
250 g halloumi cheese
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp cornstarch or flour
½ tsp paprika

¼ cup honey
¼–½ tsp chili flakes
1 tsp apple cider vinegar or lemon juice

Instructions
Preheat oven
Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
