Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
1½ cups pineapple chunks
¾ cup BBQ sauce
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp smoked paprika
Salt & black pepper to taste

1 small red onion, sliced
1 red or yellow bell pepper, sliced

Instructions
Preheat oven
Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F). Lightly grease a baking dish.
Season the chicken
Place chicken in the baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil and season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Add pineapple & sauce
Scatter pineapple (and onions or peppers, if using) over the chicken.
